Liz (she/her) is a mother, writer and doula. With a background in psychology and previous work in addictions, HR, and mindfulness, she has a unique toolkit for prenatal, perinatal and postnatal care. She is fascinated by each unique experience of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, and by the cultural pressures put on new parents during these times. She loves to cultivate deep awareness and understanding of each unique parenthood journey, and is passionate about supporting people in understanding and writing their birth stories. Quynne discovered a passion for pregnancy, childbirth, and nurturing new families at a very young age. Even as a child of eight, she found herself enamoured by the midwives who cared for her pregnant mother. These early experiences ignited a deep-seated desire to support others through the journey of birth and postpartum care. Jessica Palmquist (she/her) understands unique family dynamics and non-traditional work schedules and is flexible and creative in her individualized wrap-around approach to supporting clients. It was her own fertility journey and IVF experience that launched Jessica’s commitment and passion for supporting individuals, as they navigate through calm and stormy seas to create their own unique story. As a knowledgeable Fertility, Birth, Postpartum, & Loss Doula and certified Yoga Teacher, Jessica provides customized and accessible virtual/online full-spectrum Doula, wellness, and education support services pre and post baby. Wherever clients are on their journey, Jessica is gracious and honoured to work as their personal advocate.
